Blame Halloween or Netflix, or both...but a Texas pizzeria cuts a slice of Jeffrey Dahmer's ghoulish fascination that's pissing off some people and luring others into the joint.

Capital Pizza in Lubbock now proudly displays an almost literal hot mess - it's called the "Jeffrey Dahmer Special". Yes, it's a finger and an eyeball surrounded by what looks like blood and guts.

It's not real, of course, but the pictures alone make some people lose their appetites. Manager, Kiefer Slusher-Davidson, tells TMZ...one of his servers came up with the concept in honor of Halloween and the immensely popular Netflix series.

He says the pie is just ramen noodles, pepperoncini topping... with the prop's body parts and lots of fake blood. Even though it's not on the menu - it's just a prop in the pizza shop's display case - many customers have complained that it tastes bad.

The manager says he's had it for about 3 weeks, and although he has complaints, many other customers love it; they come to ask their children to take pictures with the screen. It's spooky season, after all.
