eBay, Unity Software, Teladoc Health and other major stocks drop in Thursday's pre-market session

US stock futures traded higher this morning. Here are some prominent stocks posting losses in today's pre-market trading session.

Shares of American Well Corporation AMWL fell 10.8% to $3.23 in premarket trading. American Well reported positive fourth-quarter results, but issued a weak fiscal 23 revenue forecast. Shares of Lucid Group, Inc. LCID fell 8.1% to $9.17 in premarket trading after the company reported worse-than-expected fourth-quarter earnings. The company released a production forecast for 2023 of 10,000 to 14,000 vehicles. Teladoc Health, Inc. TDOC fell 7.5% to $27.22 pre-market after the company issued a weak forecast. Unity Software Inc. U fell 6.3% to $35.47 in premarket trading after the company reported worse-than-expected fourth-quarter EPS and issued a weak guidance. Shares of Gold Fields Limited GFI fell 5.2% to $9.15 in premarket trading following the release of the financial year ended December 31, 2022.

Shares of Ormat Technologies, Inc. ORA fell 4.8% to $84.70 in premarket trading after the company issued a weak FY23 sales forecast. eBay Inc. EBAY shares fell 4.4% to $45.75 in premarket trading. eBay posted upbeat earnings for its fourth quarter, but issued a weak first-quarter earnings forecast. The shares of VEON Ltd. VEON fell 4.1% to $0.70 in premarket trading. Shares of Fresenius Medical Care AG & Co. KGaA FMS fell 3.4% to $20.10 in premarket trading. The company reported lower profits in the fourth quarter of FY22, reflecting an increase in the proportionate share of non-tax-deductible expenses to taxable income and changes in tax laws.
