Egbin Power appoints Bounour as CEO

Egbin Power Plc, a subsidiary of Sahara Group, has announced the appointment of Mokhtar Bounour as Chief Executive Officer, a company notice said on Tuesday.

The appointment was approved by the company's board of directors, the opinion by the company.

Mr. Bounour holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, a master's degree in management and leadership, in business administration and in international relations.

Before that, he worked in Europe for most of his career and led Fertiberia Spain as CEO of Fertial, then became Business Development Director for Africa, Middle East and Turkey.
