Elton John concert beating 'victims' were abusers, advocate for Puncher claims
The man who was seen in video brutally beating another man after an Elton John concert at Dodger Stadium last weekend has a VERY different story to what happened, and he says the alleged victims are really the bad guys.
Attorney Glen T. Jonas, who represents the man wearing a blue t-shirt in the video, told TMZ, "The so-called 'victims' drove their SUV into a restricted area, hitting my client with the rearview mirror of the SUV. ."
Jonas says his client didn't get husband and wife into the SUV. He says they got out of their vehicle and started shouting profanities, accusing his client and others of hitting their rearview mirror.
Jonas says they then attacked his client and 2 women, adding, "The driver used a grappling motion, grabbed the woman by both legs and lifted her up causing her to snap her head against the concrete." He says that while this was happening, the woman choked and pulled the other woman's hair.

The lawyer says his client came to the aid of the woman whose head was crushed into the concrete. Jonas says the video only shows the end of the altercation when his client punched the man repeatedly.
Jonas' view is: "An initial aggressor who loses a fight is not a victim, he's just a bully who has earned his karma."
