EPL: Chelsea set to sign Rudiger replacement in €40m deal
Chelsea are set to sign Kalidou Koulibaly from Napoli in a €40m deal.
The Blues are keen to add defenders to Thomas Tuchel's squad, followed by the departures of Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen.
The Athletic reports that the Premier League outfit are close to reaching fee and personal terms agreements with Koulibaly.
The talks are progressing rapidly and Chelsea are confident of reaching an agreement.
Tuchel is eager to sign at least two new defenders before the start of the new season.
Chelsea are also in talks to sign Nathan Ake from Manchester City and are interested in signing Matthijs de Ligt from Juventus.
