EPL: Harry Kane names two toughest defenders he's ever faced

Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane has identified Chelsea legend John Terry and Juventus legend Giorgio Chiellini as the two toughest defenders he has faced in his career so far now.

The England captain said as much during an Instagram Q&A on Thursday night.

Kane took to social media last night to answer fan questions to celebrate ten years since making his Premier League debut.

When asked about the toughest defenders he's faced, Kane answered Terry and Chiellini.

"There are a few that have been the toughest I've encountered in my career.

"In the beginning, against John Terry, [he was] just a very smart defender, knew where to put his body, knew how to stop my runs, so it was a great learning curve," said said Kane in a video on his Instagram Story.

"And then Chiellini," Kane added, noting that "I obviously played against him against Italy and against Juventus.

"Again, really smart, strong and physical."
