EPL: Incredible signing – Klopp says to sign two Chelsea players for Liverpool
Former Tottenham goalkeeper Brad Friedel has urged Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool to sign Mason Mount from Chelsea.
Friedel also wants Klopp to sign Mount teammate N'Golo Kante on a free transfer next year.
He thinks it would be an amazing signing for Klopp to bring Mount and Kante to Anfield.
Mount's current contract with Chelsea expires in the summer of 2024 and talks over a new deal have stalled, while Kante will become a free agent at the end of the season.
"Mason Mount is an exceptional player, but the only time it would be a no-brainer for Jurgen Klopp is if it works out financially for Chelsea and Liverpool," Friedel told Betway.
"He would be a good signing for Liverpool."
He continued: "Kante is really good, there have been injury problems, of course, but he is exceptional.
"Klopp knows that better than I do, but I think Kante will have a lot of clubs interested, and he would be an amazing signing for any of them, including Liverpool."
