Fan files police report on Bobby Wagner's 'Monday Night Football' tackle

The fan who was shaved by Bobby Wagner after running onto the field during 'Monday Night Football' this week has now filed a police report into the incident... TMZ Sports has learned.
The man turned himself in to the Santa Clara Police Department on Tuesday after the Rams' game against the 49ers, cops told us, and filed the report. A spokesperson did not reveal further details.
A representative from Direct Action Everywhere -- the org. who took credit for the wild scene at Levi's Stadium - told us the report stemmed from a "flagrant assault" by two Rams players.

As we reported, two protesters jumped the stadium railing during the second quarter of the contest...and armed with pink smoke bombs, they attempted to disrupt the action on the pitch.
>One of the protesters, a woman, was shot before she could access the playing surface. The other protester, however, escaped security long enough to take a ride on the grill.
The guy jostled the stadium staff for several moments... but as he headed for the Rams sideline, Wagner - with help from teammate Takkarist McKinley - flattened him .
