Flutterwave Trade Fair 3.0 connects record number of buyers to small businesses

Flutterwave, the African payment technology leader, has reiterated its commitment to providing small businesses with solutions and initiatives to grow their business by hosting the third edition of the show, organized in partnership with Pages by Dami. The event was held on Sunday, December 11, 2022 at Landmark Event Centre, VI, Lagos, attended by over 1500 buyers and 100 SMEs.

Flutterwave has always used the show, which started after the pandemic, to connect SMBs with physical customers. The event was organized to help small businesses increase their sales, revenue and meet new customers by taking advantage of the holiday season and the shopping frenzy that comes with it. The show was also an opportunity for old and new buyers to enjoy a fun and seamless shopping experience made possible by Flutterwave's online and offline payment solutions.

In her opening remarks, Damilola Bello, Flutterwave Small Business Growth Partner and Founder of Pages by Dami, welcomed all sellers and buyers with the promise of an exciting release for sellers and buyers.

Comment, Ibitoru Legg-Jack, salesman and owner of Dier Scents, said: "The day started as early as 7am for me and it was a big plus to have my mum and friends with me. remember a customer surprised that I could tell her which perfume she had already tested because she did not remember what perfume it was. It was not a big compliment but it still made me happy. day went by with people buying for themselves, their friends and even their parents. Being able to make sales and give my business the exposure it needed is something I will be forever grateful to Flutterwave for."< /p>
