After several weeks, a verdict has been reached in Harvey Weinstein's second sexual assault case: the disgraced movie mogul has been found guilty on 3 of 7 counts.

The verdict just read in Los Angeles, a jury found Weinstein guilty of all charges related to Jane Doe 1 – forced rape, forced oral copulation and foreign object sexual penetration. The jury was hung on Jane Doe-related counts 2 and 4, which were forcible sexual assault, forced oral copulation, and forced rape.

He was found not guilty of sexual assault by Jane Doe 3 restraint charge.

Weinstein's rep, Juda Engelmayer, told TMZ, "Harvey is obviously disappointed with the verdict...however, the Jane Doe 1 stories have a high likelihood of an appeal with positive results -- his logistics of the time and place of the incident doesn't make sense. Harvey is grateful for the work of the jury on the other counts and he will continue his legal fight."

As you know, the disgraced film producer initially faced 11 charges, including rape and sexual assault in California involving 5 women...but 4 of the charges related to one of the unknown accusers were dropped while the trial was in progress.

He pleaded not guilty in 2021 when he appeared in court, which he was expected to do based on how he had pleaded in the past.

This verdict comes after weeks of testimony from multiple witnesses over the years...including the wife of California Governor Gavin Newson, Jennifer Siebel Newsom. As we reported, she was shockingly asked in court to recreate how she faked an orgasm with Weinstein.
