Jamie Foxx has finally spoken out after being hospitalized in April and picked up at home. In the lengthy video posted on Saturday, July 22, he revealed he wasn't sure if he was sure he would "survive" the mystery illness, but declined to elaborate on his health issues.

"I went through something I thought I would never go through," Jamie said in the clip. “I know a lot of people were waiting and wanted to hear updates, but to be honest with you, I just didn't want you to see me like this. I didn't want you to see me with hits running out of me, trying to figure out if I was going to make it."
