Kanye West's 5th divorce lawyer quits as Kim Kardashian divorce case drags on

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian's divorce continues to drag on... Ye has officially lost his 5th divorce lawyer.
Kim and Kanye had a trial conference Friday in L.A. as part of their divorce. Ye's current divorce lawyer, Samantha Spector, previously asked the judge to replace her as her attorney, saying her relationship with Kanye was irretrievably broken, though she wouldn't say why. p>
She had a date set for next week to officially step down, but the judge granted her request on Friday, so she walked out and Ye is once again without a lawyer.
Furthermore, the judge was clear...either Kanye get away with it and submit his financial statements to settle the remaining issues, or the case goes to trial in December...no if, and or but.
If Kanye ghosts everyone -- then in all likelihood when the case goes to court in December -- Kim will get whatever she wants.
TMZ broke the story... Kim got a divorce decree in March, making her legally celibate, but there are still a few issues to be fully resolved: custody and property, and that's what the judge deals now.
Sources linked to Kim and Kanye say they get along well, as we've seen at their child's sporting events and family reunions, but it's been a roller coaster ride.
