Carolynne Hunter has been warned by Clackmannanshire Council that her bill could reach the hefty sum next year.
Her daughter Freya, 12 years, suffers from severe cerebral palsy and is dependent on oxygen for chronic respiratory problems.< /p>
Ms Hunter said she was upset when the actress from Titanic came in after hearing their struggle reported on BBC Scotland.
