Kid Rock canceled their Friday night concert in North Dakota due to inclement weather...triggering an angry response from fans who ransacked the venue.
KR was supposed to take the stage around 9:30 p.m. at the North Dakota State Fair in Minot...after a 2:30 performance by its first act, Night Ranger.

We were told that a storm was brewing on the outskirts of town with wind and lightning, but no rain, which delayed the KR show.
At 11 p.m., many of the 18,000 onlookers were quite drunk...and pissed off because it looked like the storm had passed.
An officer from the Ward County Sheriff's Department then approached the microphone and announced that the concert was cancelled.

The crowd went crazy and rocked the place, throwing cans of beer onto the stage.
A guy came up on stage and took a threatening stance before security tackled him.
