Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have finally settled their divorce

However, after nearly two years, the two finally reached an agreement, Entertainment Tonight confirmed on November 29 after TMZ was first to report the news.

Kardashian's reps didn't immediately respond to POPSUGAR's request for comment, and West's reps couldn't be reached, but according to ET, the former couple's settlement says they've resolved property issues (per their prenup, where both waived spousal support) and child custody issues. They will have "equal access" to their four children — North, 9, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 3 — but the outlet notes that Kardashian will still have the kids most of the time. /p>

According to the divorce settlement obtained by ET, West will pay Kardashian $200,000 per month in child support, due on the first of each month by bank transfer to Kardashian's account. He is also responsible for 50% of their children's education and security expenses. Additionally, if West or Kardashian have a dispute over their children, they've agreed to mediate. If ever one is absent from a meeting, the other parent will make the final decision for their children by default.
