Kroy Biermann says he and Kim Zolciak have to sell their house due to dire finances

Kroy Biermann, Kim Zolciak's ex-husband, has filed new paperwork in their ongoing divorce saga...and now he's asking the judge for permission to sell their Georgia home, as soon as possible.
According to documents obtained by TMZ, Kroy is requesting an emergency hearing to authorize the sale of the family home for $3 million, citing their serious financial problems.
Selling the house – where he says they lived for their entire marriage – could help cover what Kroy describes as a “significant debt” they have accumulated over the years. He even mentions how he sold some of his stuff just to cook up mortgage payments and avoid a foreclosure auction earlier this year.
Kroy, through his attorney, Marlys A. Bergstrom, claims that despite the "financial devastation" Kim brought to their family, he continued to make monthly payments on the spot to delay the auction ...but says it was difficult. every month.

The former NFL player claims he sold some of his designer backpacks and other personal items to help him earn money, and even begged Kim to sell her handbags – which she refused to do, he said.
