Mexican brand Liberal Youth Ministry shows its football fandom through a new collaboration with professional football club Juventus F.C.
Founder and designer Antonio Zaragoza has reworked the Juventus jersey, mixing the style with the iconic designs of the liberal youth ministry. Zaragoza distressed jerseys and put the Liberal Youth Ministry print underneath, and a style that has the print as a hooded long sleeve shirt under the layer. The designer sees the print layer as a new era that runs through the original jersey and this collaboration as a whole as a dialogue between past, present and future.
“Liberal youth ministry and football converge in an energy that is hard to describe: you have to live it, sweat it and feel it in every cell of your body,” Zaragoza said. "To me, a mind that lights up and transforms is primitive youth."

This collaboration with Juventus shares similarities with the brand's Spring 2023 collection, such as the latter's embellishments and distressed effects. The Juventus project also includes Swarovski crystal ornaments and yin-yang.
A year after the creation of the liberal youth ministry, Juventus have unveiled a new logo and collaborations in food, design, street art and fashion with brands such as Palace and Loro Piana.
Juventus and the Liberal Youth Ministry are 'united by youth', which is Latin for 'juventus'. The collaboration is available exclusively at Dover Street Market in Los Angeles and New York and on the DSMNY online store.
