Lil Nas X brings his "campaign" to YSL Beauty with a new lipstick and an unreleased track as an American brand ambassador

Lil Nas X has been chosen as the new ambassador for American brand YSL Beauty.

On Friday, it was announced that the award-winning rapper-songwriter will represent the brand's makeup and fragrance . The campaign will feature a never-before-seen, never-before-seen track featuring Lil Nas X posing in the desert wearing YSL Beauty products.

"Lil Nas X embodies YSL Beauty's vision for the future of the beauty industry beauty: groundbreaking, unique, unapologetic, daring," said Laetitia Raoust, U.S. Managing Director of YSL Beauty. "The synergies between the brand and Lil Nas X's unwavering passion for individuality are the inspiration behind this partnership. with the hope that it empowers the next generation of beauty."

As part of his role as ambassador, the artist will be featured in a series of content at use on YSL Beauty's digital platforms and in media campaigns across the United States, supporting the brand's makeup as well as its iconic and best-selling men's fragrance, Y.

The campaign also featured YSL Beauty's newest lip product, Rouge Pur Couture: The Bold, as well as its latest eye innovation, Lash Clash mascara.
