'Magnum PI' star Roger E. Mosley dies at 83

Roger E. Mosley, famous in "Magnum P.I.", among other series, has died.
The veteran actor passed away peacefully early Sunday morning at his home surrounded by family and loved ones... according to his daughter, Ch-a, who posted a tribute to her dad announcing the sad news.

She writes: "We could never mourn such an amazing man. He would HATE to cry on his behalf. It's time to celebrate the legacy he left for all of us. I love you daddy. You love me. loved you too. My heart is heavy but I am strong. I will take care of Mom, your love of almost 60 years. You raised me well and she is in good hands. Rest easy."
Mosley may be remembered as Theodore 'TC' Calvin on the '80s OG 'Magnum' series, opposite Tom Selleck. His character ran a helicopter company on the show and often helped the main man out of a traffic jam by ferrying him around the Hawaiian island.
He actually played two other characters within the same franchise and starred in "MPI" for a total of 8 years, with 158 episodes under his belt. Of course, REM has also been on several other hit TV shows over the years... not to mention a few movies here and there too.
