Maker Faire Miami goes fishing on Marlins Day!

The Miami Marlins, Maker Faire Miami and Miami Dade County Public Schools are once again teaming up to provide a fun and engaging day out for the whole family at LoanDepot Park. Maker Day celebrates South Florida's creativity, ingenuity, and innovation, with showcases from local makers, schools, and businesses creating exciting new projects.
There will also be a variety of hands-on STEAM making and making activities for all ages, a drone obstacle course and much more! The Maker Day event opens at 10 a.m. and ends at 4 p.m. Tickets are available at marlins.com/makerday and include admission to the Marlins Vs. Mets baseball game at 6:10 p.m. where you can watch RAMTECH students from Miami Coral Park High School throw the first pitch with a mechanical device that they designed themselves. You won't want to miss this full day of family fun with food, music, crafting activities, robots and baseball!
