Martin Kemp refunds invalid ticket after fans struggle with seller

Martin Kemp of Spandau Ballet paid a refund for a couple unable to attend their concert after being unable to resell their disabled access tickets via seller AXS.
Publishing on wife tweeted AXS saying: "You won't let me resell the accessible ticket.
"My husband is seriously ill in intensive care. If we had “normal” tickets, I could resell them. Isn't that discrimination?"
In response, Kemp said, "I will personally reimburse you."
The musician and actor, who is hosting a Back To The 80s Xmas Party! concert at Dreamland Margate on Friday, added: "I'm so sorry to hear that. I will follow. More than that, I wish your husband good luck. And I wish him a speedy recovery. And when he's okay, come to another show as a guest!! Agents and Retailers, told the BBC it was able to confirm that after being in contact with AXS on Friday, "the customer was contacted and refunded by AXS this morning".
