Mayweather thinks child problem will be 'demolished' by world-class boxer Canelo, Jake Paul slaps back

What happened: Paul resurfaced in a Betr post on Twitter where he said, "'I guarantee you that if Canelo and I ever fight - if he is stupid enough to get in the ring with me - I'm going to kick his ass."
Floyd Mayweather was on "TMZ Sports" to analyze Paul's effect on the sport of boxing as well as his abilities.
During the interview, Mayweather mentioned that what Paul does for the sport is good, even if once he gets in the ring with a real fighter, "it's okay be bad."
The reason Mayweather likes Jake Paul is because he sells the show and makes money.

Why it matters: While The Problem Child continues to fight YouTubers and MMA fighters in boxing matches, Mayweather added that when it comes to a real boxer, things could go wrong.
Asked about Paul's boxing with Canelo Alvarez, Mayweather replied, "He's going to get fucked by Canelo," adding, "He's going to be torn down."
Although Mayweather acknowledged what the Paul brothers do for the sport of boxing and said he is "proud", and that if the Problem Kid continues to box no -professionals, it will continue to "shine".
That being said, Mayweather said he would fight Paul at his own current weight, except Paul declined.
Paul responded on Saturday with a tweet defying Mayweather.
His brother Logan Paul faced Mayweather in June 2021. The exhibition fight ended without a winner being declared.
