Meow and Gabbriette Bechtel Host a Late Summer Dinner in Hollywood Hills
"We're having family dinner tonight, okay?" says Gabbriette Bechtel.
The model, Instagram's favorite home chef, was behind the menu of the party at Alexia Elkaim's Intimate Miaou Dinner at the Hollywood Hills on Thursday.
"It's such a family dinner," echoed Hayley Fredenburgh, seated alongside Salem Mitchell in the garden of Elkaim.< /p>
The designer opened her house for the night to toast the end of summer, bringing out a group of around 40 close friends, including Sarah Staudinger, Juliette Labelle, Fai Khadra, Isa Berland, Indiana Piorek, EJ Ellison, Alana Mesica, Mui-Hai Chu and Staud's Levi Dylan.

Bechtel features in the brand's new campaign, "L'Américaine à Paris".

"Meow," she purred in the brand's new "Nina" dress.
Everyone wore Meow.
"I feel like I have to be laid back, because this is my house" , said Elkaim, completed for her look: a denim ensemble.
"We've got the latex running," said Natalie Hewitt with Yasmin Moon, both in the shiny , dark matter.
Known for its Paris-meets-L.A. Sensitivity, Miaou reflects Elkaim's personal experience living in both cities – with her skills honed at New York's Parsons School of Design, where she met Best. It was in 2017 that she launched her brand, first creating denim pants inspired by a vintage find. That spring, it was her pinstripe pants that quickly caught her eye, worn first by Bella Hadid, as well as Selena Gomez and Kendall Jenner. The line has since expanded with corsets, dresses and swimwear, using luxe tailoring while drawing inspiration from the 90s and 2000s.
Surrounded by flickering candles, guests mingled alfresco drinking spicy margaritas before heading out see serve basil pesto and fries. capers, drizzled with gluten-free bread; Bibb Salad; Seared English peas and snow peas with asparagus in a broth of creamed potatoes and salmon roe, with a main course of butterfly pan-fried chicken and roasted cauliflower.
"It's the perfect frame," said Monday Swimwear's Devin Brugman, watching the dinner table. "And so romantic."
"Yes, we're getting married," Bechtel smiles.
