Ndidi injured again, out for a few more weeks
Leicester City will be without Wilfred Ndidi for a few weeks, manager Brendan Rodgers has confirmed.
The Nigerian international was substituted at half-time in Leicester City's 4-0 thrashing of Nottingham Forest at the King Power Stadium on Monday.
Rodgers explained that Ndidi suffered a hamstring injury during the game and will be out for a while.
The defensive midfielder is not expected to be available for the Foxes' trip to Vitality Stadium this weekend.
“Wilfred Ndidi will probably be out for a little while,” Rodgers said at a press conference on Thursday.
"He came back from international duty with a strained hamstring. He recovered well but he felt it at half-time and he was in a bit of pain so he could miss a few weeks. "
Ndidi has struggled with injuries lately. He missed the end of last season with a knee problem.
