Nigel Farage: BBC apologizes to Farage for account closure story
On July 4, the BBC reported that Mr Farage no longer met the financial conditions for Coutts, citing a source familiar with the matter.
The former UKIP leader later obtained a Coutts report which said his political views were also taken into account.
Mr. Farage said he accepted the apology "with good grace", but said questions for Coutts remained.
He thanked BBC News CEO Deborah Turness - who wrote to him - and editor Simon Jack - who tweeted - for his apologies.
