NNPP deputy governor candidate, PDP bigwig moves to APC in Yobe
Governor Mai Mala Buni on Thursday received New Nigeria People's Party of New Nigeria Deputy Governor candidate Hon. Yahaya Gamajeji and ex-officio PDP in Alh State on Thursday . Sa'idu Sadauki Gashua at the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Mamman Mohammed, Governor Buni's media assistant, disclosed this in a statement made available to reporters on Thursday, which said the defectors had been received by the state governor.
The statement added that the new entrants expressed satisfaction with Governor Buni's leadership style and the state's development efforts.
According to the statement, they both pledged to work for the administration led by the APC and the party.
In the meantime, Governor Buni has assured to deliver the state to the Congress of All Progressives in the general elections of 2023.
