Parading the suspects to reporters, State Commander, Public Relations Officer, NSCDC, Mu'azu Sa'ad said, "The suspects were found missing for perpetrating immoral and criminal acts in these localities of Gidan. Gala.

He added that although the directive was issued around 4 p.m. Monday, the suspects were apprehended around 9 p.m.

Speaking to reporters, the president of "Masu Gidan Gala da Wasa", Usman Muhammad, who also paraded, pointed out that clubs are places of entertainment and also livelihoods for most of those girls who have to fend for themselves and with their families.

Muhammad added that he pays the girls a minimum of 50,000 naira per month.
