Ondo Central Progressive Vanguard supports the drumming of PDP senatorial candidate Adedipe
A socio-political group, Ondo Central Progressive Vanguard, has lent its support to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) senatorial candidate in Ondo Central, Bashorun Ifedayo Adedipe, saying the PDP candidate will change the narrative and save the district senatorial.
The group's coordinator, Olaniyi Adedipe, said the jurist, if elected as a legislator representing the district, would formulate good policies and programs that would have a positive impact on all residents of Ondo Central.
Adedipe explained that as a jurist, the PDP candidate knows where the shoe pinches and that he would carry out his legislative duties diligently with a focus on the development of the senatorial district.
He said the Vanguard would go to the nooks and crannies of the region's six local government areas to maximize votes for the PDP's senatorial candidate, saying the group is set to launch in a door-to-door campaign for the success of Bashorun Adedipe's success at the polls.
The coordinator said, "The activities of Bashorun Ifedayo Adams Adedipe over the years have shown that he will certainly perform very well if he is given the opportunity to represent the people of the central senatorial district of Ondo", said- they declared.
“The political scene in our country has taken on a new dimension, hence the need for new ideas and ideologies. That is why, as a group, we support the best candidate to represent the people of 'Ondo Central,' they added.
“The Bashorun of the Kingdom of Akure has been a great source of empowerment for hundreds of people both in Ondo State and in Nigeria, it has empowered young and old alike.
"Some of its recent activities are well pronounced, on Ondo Ekimogun day, a donation to the welfare of artisans in Ondo State, the Elefuta festival in Akure to which the annual Akure Bashorun takes a active part and building a 1500 capacity multipurpose hall for his alma mater CAC Grammar school Akure and many other philanthropic gestures across the state.
The group maintained that Adedipe would not downgrade the office and assured that he would effectively defend the interests of the people and would not be influenced by personal aggrandizement.
“Legislation is about sponsoring bills capable of improving and transforming society. be supported or voted on. Leadership is about leading and serving and should not be seen as a private business.
“We therefore call on the people of the Ondo Central Senatorial District to rally support for the PDP senatorial candidate. denounce bad governance in the National Assembly.”
However, the group urged the people of Ondo Central Senatorial District to support and vote for Bashorun Adedipe who is the best among the candidates, so that the dividends of democracy can be well distributed among the people.< /p>
