Chris Sunman and his partner Nicky booked a holiday to the Eastern European country in May and were looking forward to their stay in the upscale Fenix ​​hotel. at the resort town of Sunny Beach on the Black Sea coast. They booked through TUI, but the stay was offered to them by Balkan Holidays.
