Peter Obi vs Soludo: Igbos can't stand their own - Frank Edoho

Nigerian TV host Frank Edoho said he was baffled by the activities of a few Igbo politicians towards former Anambra Governor and current Labor Party presidential candidate Mr Peter Obi .

Frank, who hosted the Nigerian TV show, 'Who Wants to Be a Millionaire', said this in a tweet about his professional management while reacting to Anambra Governor Charles Soludo's current outburst towards Obi.

Recall that Soludo had, in a writing on Monday, denied Obi's presidential ambitions, stating that he did not have the capacity to win the elections.

The Soludo article, which apparently set the internet on fire on Monday, is still drawing backlash from Obi supporters and other Igbo extraction stakeholders.

Reacting, Edoho asked why Igbo political bigwigs might attack their own presidential candidate, amid the rare opportunity for the Igbo presidency.

He wrote: "Igbo politicians will by no means prevent baffling me. You have the rare possibility that a member of all your connections may be president, but instead of aiding him and claiming him as the do Yoruba and Hausa human beings with their candidates, you are looking for ways to disrupt and thwart him! Tufia Kwa!"
