Amanda Lovett, star of the first series of Traitors, kept her mother's ashes next to her bed. She had a hard time saying goodbye. But a trip of a lifetime with six strangers gave her the courage to move on.

Amanda, 56, was catapulted into the attention of audience in the first BBC series, The Traitors - where she donned her hooded cloak, only to be betrayed by another traitor and banished by the faithful when her deception was discovered.

She walks away from the dark side and towards the light - as one of seven well-known personalities, of different faiths and beliefs, to tackle a modern era. pilgrimage for a new BBC Two series. Walking the North Wales Pilgrims' Path, Amanda followed in the footsteps of ancient pilgrims on a spiritual and personal journey.
