"Choosing this day, September 16, to come here as his first visit, seems like a lot of sense," Sheen said. "On the one hand, if it is chosen, deliberately, then I'm sure a lot of people will think it's an insult to those who celebrate Owain Glyndwr who tried to liberate this nation from the oppression of the English monarch in the time.

"And having learned that the new Prince of Wales would assume these titles with a great sense of humility and respect, and celebrate the history, proud history and traditions of Wales, and that is quite surprising to see."
