Voting priority

Since the country's return to democratic rule in 1999, this will be the first time that Nigerians will see the top three presidential candidates from the three major ethnic regions vying for the post of President of Nigeria. Bola Ahmed Tinubu is a candidate for the post on the All Progressive's Congress (APC) platform, Peter Obi is a candidate on the Labor Party platform while Atiku Abubakar is also a candidate on the People's Democratic Party platform (PDP).

As it is now, I want to urge Nigerians who believe in good governance and the unity of this nation not to vote on ethnic grounds. We are all Nigerians. Let us all come out in droves on February 23, 2023 and use our voter registration cards to vote for the President who can deliver us from the financial and security worries currently facing Nigerians. Many Nigerians have left this country for foreign lands because of these financial and security concerns. For me, I have decided not to leave this nation for a foreign land.

Let's all get together and speak with one voice to vote for the best person who can make us smile. We must not allow anyone to deceive us. Nigeria cannot go on like this. It is our nation. The INEC Chair is expected to carry out his duties effectively in ensuring that all votes count.
