He noted that the administration has embarked on innovations aimed at stimulating the potential and skills of students and awakening the entrepreneurial potential in them in order to reduce the unemployment rate among young people.

He said, "The Universal Basic Education Commission, in collaboration with the State Universal Basic Education Council, has been gradually improving the state of infrastructure in our public primary schools through the state, while our government would continue to offer incentives to teachers.

“Our administration prioritizes the welfare of teachers at all levels, which includes prompt payment of salary, regular promotions, appointment of general guardians, provision of car loans, home loans and capacity building for teachers. Our primary teachers can now reach level 16 before retirement. »

Agagu also underscored the need for security agencies to work in synergy to combat the threat of poverty, rising unemployment and soaring inflation which have been exacerbated by the state of insecurity in the country.
