RevolutionPlus Property unveils its new management team
A real estate company, RevolutionPlus Property has unveiled a new management team to preserve and nurture the company's mission and vision.
The new structure is created for the team to ensure the continuation of the culture of providing affordable housing to Nigerians. The new management also has the responsibility to maintain the integrity of the real estate company.
RevolutionPlus Group GMD/CEO Dr Bamidele Onalaja on appointing new leaders said he was building a legacy that will outlive him and now is the time to empower the younger generation to lead .
"We want to empower these young people who have worked with us over the years to feel like they have a stake in this business. I am still the GMD/CEO of the RevolutionPlus Group, the new members of the management are at the forefront to manage the affairs of the company,” Mr. Onalaja said.
The new management team includes Gbenga Adejimi - Deputy Managing Director (DMD); Aderinmola Olusanya - chief operating officer (COO); Adenike Idowu – Deputy Chief Operating Officer (DCOO); Olawale Majekodunmi - Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Success Onalaja, Strategic Project Manager (SPM).
Others include Maria Kalu - Customer Service Manager/Ikeja Branch Manager; Damilola Adebayo – Project Manager; Ronke Idowu – Head of Creative and Corporate Communications; Wunmi Balogun – Sales and Marketing Manager and Samuel Adegboyega – Internal Audit Manager.
Branch heads include Akinropo Ismaila - Ibadan branch manager; Busayo Ibigbemi – Abuja branch manager; Adeola Adebobuyi - Abeokuta Branch Manager, Adebusola Adenola - Lekki Branch Manager and Boma Edema - Port Harcourt Branch Manager.
Group Executive Director (GED), Ms. Tolulope Onalaja, urged the new leaders to show good conduct and ensure that they continue to improve the image of the company.
"We have decided to entrust all the business of the company to you because we believe in all of you and believe that you can do so much more. RevolutionPlus Property has become a group and we have many other companies in the group of companies we oversee.
"We trust the new management team to do a good job and manage the affairs of the company in a transparent manner," Ms. Onalaja added.
Established in 2014, RevolutionPlus Property has become a well-known brand in the real estate industry. The company has six branches in Nigeria with an international office in Dallas, Texas, USA.
Over the years of operation, RevolutionPlus Property has 43 estates and eight mega housing projects. The company is known for various innovations in the real estate industry, including instant allocation, among others.
