During a press conference at the London Film Festival on October 16, the director of "Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery" confirmed that Daniel Craig's character, Benoit Blanc, is definitely part of the LGBTQ+ community. /p>

When asked directly if Blanc was queer, according to Deadline, Johnson replied, "Yes, he obviously is." Speculation about Blanc's sexuality was fueled at the London screening by a scene from "Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery" which appears to show Blanc living with another man.

Johnson, who also directed 2019's "Knives Out," declined to share the name of the actor who plays Blanc's partner, but he did praise him. "No spoilers, [but] who wouldn't want to live with this person?" he said at the event. "There is no one in the world I can imagine bringing me more joy for Benoit Blanc to be with."

In "Glass Onion", Craig travels to Greece to solve another complicated murder mystery. The film was shot on location in Greece during the lockdown, which was a bonding experience for the cast. "It felt like we were together in this traveling circus, which I think added to the texture of the movie," Kathryn Hahn, who plays a Connecticut governor with senatorial aspirations, told Insider. "That kind of closeness that we were able to create in those circumstances really added [to the film]."

“Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery” also stars Edward Norton, Dave Bautista, Leslie Odom Jr and Janelle Monáe, among others. It hits theaters on November 23 and will stream on Netflix on December 23.
