Sen Olujimi loses return offer to APC's Adaramodu
Incumbent Senator for Ekiti South Senatorial District and former Senate Minority Leader Biodun Olujimi lost her seat to All Progressives Congressional candidate APC and Member of the House of Representatives , Yemi Adaramodu.
The APC candidate obtained 63,189 votes against Olujimi of the Peoples' Democratic Party, PDP, who obtained 36,191.
In particular, the APC eliminated all National Assembly seats in the just-concluded elections in Ekiti.
APC's Opeyemi Bamidele, who represents the central senatorial district of Ekiti, polled 69,351 to beat his closest rival, Ajijola Lateef of the PDP, who polled 26,181.
