Shadow unveiled two new cloud services for businesses and also launched a new service dubbed Shadow for Makers.

This comes after French company Shadow, which started out in cloud gaming, underwent a makeover over the past two years.

The company made the announcement at the Game Developers Conference in San Francisco. The new services are suitable for game publishers and studios: a flexible and controlled game testing and demonstration solution, Echo Sessions, and a tool to provide a secure game demo to thousands of users, Virtual Booth, has said Sebastien Kaiser, Director of Strategy and Director Development Agent at Shadow, in an interview with GamesBeat.

Originally the company that pioneered the high-end cloud PC, Shadow was heavily focused on gaming. Time has passed and it has evolved – Shadow now supports the activities of architects, 3D artists, IT managers and many others, while its mainstream users can play and do much more, thanks to the flexibility offered through its cloud computing service. However, the company still focuses on gamers.
