Sydney Sweeney dazzles in a vintage Mugler mini dress for the 2022 HCA TV Awards
Sydney Sweeney had a standout fashion moment at the 2022 Hollywood Critics Association TV Awards.
For the second year of the annual ceremony, Sweeney wore a vintage velvet Mugler mini dress with a plunging neckline, puffed sleeves and peplum skirt, which was topped with a matching belt. She wore Jimmy Choo shoes and De Beers jewelry. She styled her hair in a bun with two locks of hair framing her face.
She was styled by Molly Dickson, who also works with Camila Mendes, Kelsea Ballerini and Sadie Sink.
According to Dickson's Instagram, Sweeney was looking to wear a vintage piece for the event. After much research, they came across the 1981 Mugler dress, which was sourced from New York Vintage.
Sweeney has been nominated for her role as Olivia Mossbacher on HBO's hit show 'The White Lotus'. She was joined for the evening by her co-star Connie Britton, who plays her mother Nicole Mossbacher on the show and who was also nominated, and one of the show's producers, David Bernad.
