The only people more pissed off than Taylor Swift at Ticketmaster are her fans - dozens of whom are now suing because they were kicked out of the chaotic pre-sale of her "Eras" tour.

Fans, who hail from all over the country, want Ticketmaster to pay dearly for, they say, allowing bots and scalpers to royally screw up the Nov. 15 presale event. As we reported, millions of fans had to wait for hours in a digital "schedule" in hopes of securing seats, but the vast majority of them never even got a glimpse of it. 'only one ticket.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, Ticketmaster was supposed to send 'verified' Taylor Swift fans a code on Nov. 14 that would give them access to the pre-sale event - but angry fans say thousands of them also didn't you didn't receive code or you received faulty codes.

In the lawsuit, they accuse Ticketmaster of intentional deception, because the company controls the primary market for ticket sales, as well as the secondary market, i.e. resellers. Fans allege that Ticketmaster was "eager to allow" scalpers access to presale...Ticketmaster collected additional fees each time a scalper resold a ticket.

Translation: Double-dipping Ticketmaster with scalpers, while true Taylor fans get nothing.
