Tinubu will be the next president of Nigeria- Arogbofa

Leaders of the Pan Yoruba socio-political organization, Afenifere, in Ondo State, have expressed optimism that President-elect Bola Ahmed Tinubu will entrench true principles of democracy and governance in Nigerian politics.

Speaking on behalf of the leaders, outgoing Secretary General Basorun Seinde Arogbofa assured that Tinubu would implement federalism and devolve power to the country's component units to pave the way for real development and growth .

He maintained that Tinubu would not renege on his promise made to Akure, the country house of frontline Yoruba group leader Pa Reuben Fasoranti, regarding the restructuring of the country.

Arogbofa noted that the implementation of real federalism in the country is the path to a real nation and said that without the implementation of real federalism in Nigeria, the unity of the country will be constantly shaken.

While congratulating Tinubu on his victory at the polls, Arogbofa urged Tinubu to pay urgent attention to economy, security among others to bring relief to the Nigerian people.
