Major climate tech deals net nearly $4 billion in third quarter, outpacing other industries

While the broader market may be cooling, climate tech continues to be a hot ticket, with investment numbers for major deals in Q3 outpacing the previous two quarters this year. A total of five climate-tech startups made CB Insights' Top 10 Stock Deals list in the third quarter, grossing a total of $3.7 billion. This amount far exceeds last quarter's $2.5 billion split among the top eight startups and the first quarter's $1.4 billion split among the top five startups.
