Topher Grace's Isolation on '70s Show' Confirmed After Masterson's Conviction

Topher Grace was once called an outsider on the set of "That '70s Show" -- but after Danny Masterson was jailed this week... many are saying he was right to stay the gap.

There was a lot of reaction following DM's sentencing to 30 years in prison on Thursday -- this after he was convicted of raping 2 women in the early 2000s... and l One of them is a short story - review of Topher's rep as an actor in their sitcom.

This was well documented at the time -- particularly on E!'s True Hollywood Story...basically, it was known that Topher just wasn't very close to the boys in the cast. While Ashton Kutcher, Wilmer Valderrama and Danny hit the town together once the cameras stopped rolling... TG stayed alone and went home after work.

The way he was portrayed back then was... not that great. Topher was often portrayed as a snob and it seemed like people thought he felt too good for Danny and the others.
