Tory Sport launches Fall 2022 collection
Tory Burch launched his latest collection of luxury sportswear for Tory Sport on Tuesday. For the Fall 2022 season, the designer continued to drive optimism forward through versatile American sportswear styles designed for every day.
Like his recent major ready-to-wear collections, Burch has noted Claire McCardell as a source of inspiration for her," pioneering concept of a capsule collection - comprised of effortlessly interchangeable pieces. Focusing on versatile, easy-to-layer pieces, we're introducing a turtleneck dress, quilted skirts and cropped pants.

In addition, returning from travel influenced this idea of adventure and "freedom of movement and convertibility" with a mix of luxurious and accessible lifestyle layers, such as in a wool convertible coat or an oversized blazer with removable ballistic nylon dickies, or a bomber jacket with zipped sleeves that can be transformed into a vest and a backpack. The idea of multi-faceted functionality is also found in the collection's technical fabrications: laser-cut four-way stretch fabric, terry merino, cashmere wool, quilted semi-matte polyester, Calvary twill, ripstop nylon woven with fine Italian yarn, durable melton-loden merino wool and more.
