Transfer: Conte and Tottenham complete sixth summer signing today
Antonio Conte's Tottenham Hotspur completed his sixth summer signing ahead of next season on Tuesday.
Tottenham announced in a statement via their website that Djed Spence had joined the club from Middlesbrough.
Spence becomes Tottenham's sixth signing in the current summer transfer window.
Recall that Spurs signed Ivan Perišić, Fraser Forster, Yves Bissouma, Richarlison and Clément Lenglet this summer.
"We are delighted to announce the signing of Djed Spence from Middlesbrough," the Tottenham statement read in part.
"The right-back has signed a contract which runs until 2027.
"Djed, 21, started his youth career at Fulham before joining Middlesbrough aged 17 in July 2018."
