Transfer news LIVE: Man Utd admit Bellingham loss, Gvardiol to Chelsea, Leeds talk

The January transfer window is fast approaching and there are plenty of rumors despite the fact that there is still plenty of World Cup football to play before the mid-season market opens. Jude Bellingham is one of the main talking points as the Borussia Dortmund midfielder - a target for Manchester United, Liverpool, Chelsea, Manchester City and Real Madrid - plays for England in Qatar.

Bellingham is set to make over £100m but is unlikely to leave Germany after the World Cup, with a summer exit from Dortmund much more likely. One player who is certain to find a new club after his international exploits in the Middle East is Cristiano Ronaldo.

Ronaldo left Manchester United by mutual consent last month and is being courted by clubs around the world. The Portuguese captain is heavily linked with Saudi Arabia's Al-Nassr, who have made a mammoth offer for the 37-year-old veteran who could top £160m-a-year.

Elsewhere, Chelsea are keen on Croatian centre-half Josko Gvardiol from RB Leipzig. Croatia are through to the quarter-finals of the World Cup after beating Japan last night, with the defender's price tag continuing to rise. It could cost upwards of £75m during the summer window.

Dumfries Constable Concern

Chelsea and Tottenham target Denzel Dumfries' agent hopes his client's price won't rise too much. The winger has been a World Cup star for the Netherlands so far.

And Rafaela Pimenta fears Inter Milan will rule Dumfries out of a transfer. The agent told Sky Sports Italy: "I hope his value won't increase, otherwise it will be difficult to transfer him."
