Vandal hits home of Tina Knowles, arrested after foot chase

Beyoncé's mother, Tina Knowles, has received an unwanted visitor at her Los Angeles home. Cops said they arrested a man for causing a disturbance and damaging his property.
Law enforcement tell TMZ... LAPD rushed to Tina's house last Saturday after receiving a call that a man was outside the house throwing rocks at her mailbox .
We were told that units had arrived, including a helicopter, but the suspect immediately booked it -- the fact is the helicopter was keeping tabs on him. The cops focused on him, and after a short foot chase, he was arrested.
Law enforcement says the suspect was behaving erratically and has been placed on hold for 5150 shrinks. We were told Tina's mailbox suffered minor damage, but she refused to press charges or even file a report.
Maybe it's time for Tina to move on to a P.O. box...
