Zuckerberg trains with UFC champions Adesanya, Alexander

On Tuesday, Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg was photographed training with UFC champions Israel Adesanya and Alexander Volkanovski.

The photo of his training session with the UFC champions has further heightened speculation of the possibility of an MMA fight between him and Twitter CEO Elon Musk.

Remember that the prospect of an MMA showdown between the tech gurus started as an online joke a few weeks ago.

However, tension has escalated between the duo since Zuckerberg launched his Twitter-like app called Threads.

Threads launched on July 5, 2023 and has since grown to over 100 million users worldwide.

However, Musk, the CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, believes that Threads was only made possible by "cheating".

Musk said this while responding to a tweet reporting that Twitter was threatening to sue Facebook and Instagram's parent company, Meta, for cheating with its new Threads app on Friday, July 7, 2023. Musk tweeted: "Competition that's fine, cheating isn't."

As arguments heated up over the new online app, the two tech moguls once again renewed their cage-fighting joke challenge.

However, while some saw the challenge of an MMA fight as a playful banter between the power figures, the anticipation surrounding this unlikely showdown continued to grow, with the two training with MMA fighters.< /p>

Meanwhile, Zuckerberg, while reacting to his photo with UFC champions - Adesanya and Volkanovski, wrote: "It's an honor to train with you!"

In response, 'The Last Stylebender' who posted photos from the workout, wrote, "No fugazi with Mark. This is serious business."

Also, UFC featherweight kingpin Volkanovski replied, "@zuck you are a beast! Always great to catch up."

Musk also appears to be in training already as he was also spotted with UFC legend Georges St-Pierre on Tuesday, July 3, 2023.
