The 'Doctor Who' actor previously said he was cleared by London's Metropolitan Police.

"My Right of Access tells me in black and white from the Metropolitan Police, that in my over 40 years of life, there has never been a complaint or police report to my subject - in any way, shape, or form," Clarke said. "There is no record found in the system where I am named as the subject of a complaint or as a as a suspect."

He added: "Maybe there's been a bit of hype, collusion, embellishment and bullshit. There are a lot of bad people in this business - I promise you I don't. I wasn't one."

More than 20 women accused Clarke of sexual misconduct in April 2021. They first reported allegations that covered "sexual harassment, unwanted touching or groping, sexually inappropriate on-set behavior and comments, professional misconduct, taking and sharing sexually explicit photos and videos". without consent and intimidation between 2004 and 2019,” according to the article.

Following numerous allegations, BAFTA suspended Clarke's membership and withdrew her award for Outstanding British Contribution to Film.

At the time, Clarke told the Daily Mail (via Deadline) that "20 years of work have passed in 24 hours" after the report.

“I lost everything,” Clarke said. "The business I built from the ground up, my TV shows, my movies, my book deals, the industry respect I had. In my heart and in my head, it damaged me in a way that I can't express. There was no arrest, no indictment, no trial, no verdict but I was criminalized. It's a form of modern McCarthyism."

Clarke is currently suing The Guardian and BAFTA for defamation.

I'm scripting all this shit. I have 30 pages, but PTSD is real.
