The official investigation into Dominic Raab's behavior may look into allegations that he launched an 'unreasonable attack' on a prominent anti-Brexit campaigner.

< p>Senior Conservative and former cabinet minister David Davis said "without question" the inquiry, ordered by Rishi Sunak, would look into the allegations.

And Labor has called on the Prime Minister to assure the public that 'any potential breaches of the Ministerial Code' will be investigated. Downing Street said it was for the inquiry to decide whether they would investigate Mr Miller's allegations.

Mr. Sunak appointed Adam Tolley KC to look into bullying allegations against Mr Raab, involving up to 24 officials

"It's obviously up to him what he decides...it' is an independent investigator,' Number 10 said.

Ms Miller said she had been 'bullied and belittled' by the Deputy Prime Minister after he called her 'stupid' and a 'naïve' in a 2016 BBC 'aggressive' encounter

In an article for the Independent, she wrote: 'He was aggressive and intimidating, and I was intimidated and belittled. It was about an aggressive man expressing apparently misogynistic behavior. This kind of behavior is not acceptable from anyone, especially not from a powerful and influential politician."

She also claimed that her brother had been forced to challenge the deputy prime minister after he appeared to confuse him with comedian Nish Kumar. His brother must have asked him, "Do you think I'm Nish Kumar?" We're not all the same, you know?"

She also writes that the Justice Secretary "shouted" at a young BBC employee "go get me a fucking car".

A source close to Mr Raab called the allegations "baseless and malicious statements".

Angela Rayner, Deputy Leader of the Labor Party, said: "Given this torrent new allegations, the Prime Minister should now update the terms of reference he declared for the Tolley Inquiry and assure the public that any potential breaches of the Ministerial Code are independently and fully investigated. She added, "With each new revelation, it becomes increasingly difficult for Number 10 to justify his refusal to answer basic questions about what Rishi Sunak knew when, and it becomes clearer that he is all simply too weak to deliver the professionalism and integrity it promised."
